His years of hands-on experience and dedication to customer service make him a trusted resource for both new and longtime customers.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife of 26 years and their 4 kids, especially through church and shared activities. He’s also passionate about the game of football and auto racing of any type. Most days you’ll likely find him in the garage working on his Chevy C10 hot rod, combining craftsmanship and attention to detail both on and off the job.

With over 5 years of hands-on experience in the heavy equipment industry, Brock Woods brings deep product knowledge, integrity, and a strong work ethic to every customer interaction. He specializes in helping contractors, construction companies, and landowners find the right machines to get the job done efficiently and profitably.

Brock is known for his straightforward approach and genuine desire to understand his customers’ needs before recommending solutions. Whether you’re in the market for compact construction equipment, tractors, or mowers, Brock works hard to deliver honest advice and competitive deals.

Outside the dealership, Brock is an avid powerlifter who enjoys pushing his limits in the gym. He’s also a passionate outdoorsman who spends his free time hunting, fishing, and hitting the golf course. A die-hard Denver Broncos fan, Brock brings that same competitive spirit and loyalty to his work—always going the extra mile for his customers.

Chris Thiel is a proud third-generation co-owner of Idaho Tractor, carrying on a family legacy built on hard work, dedication, and deep roots in the community. Having spent his entire life around the business, Chris grew up learning the ins and outs of the industry, developing a strong passion for serving customers and continuing the traditions that have made Idaho Tractor what it is today.
Outside of work, Chris is a devoted family man who treasures time with his wife and children. When he’s not at the dealership, you’ll likely find him out on the golf course, enjoying a round and some fresh air, or spending time with his beloved French bulldogs. Whether at work or at home, Chris values loyalty, family, and the simple joys that come with both.

Dustin Thiel represents the next chapter in a proud family legacy as a 4th-generation member of the team. Currently learning the ropes as both a rental manager and parts manager, he brings a strong work ethic and a hands-on approach to understanding every side of the business. Dustin is committed to continuing the tradition of service and reliability that his family has built over the years.
Outside of work, Dustin enjoys making the most of every season. Whether he’s out hunting, snowmobiling in the winter, or traveling with his wife and son, he values time spent outdoors and with family. His passion for both his work and his personal life reflects a balance of dedication, adventure, and appreciation for the traditions that have shaped him.

Ryan Thiel is the newest addition to the team and proudly represents the 4th generation of family involvement in the business. As a member of the rental team, he’s quickly getting up to speed while bringing fresh energy and a strong willingness to learn.
Outside of work, Ryan stays active and connected to his community. He enjoys spending time with his dogs, coaching high school baseball, and catching live music at concerts. Whether he’s on the field, outdoors, or with friends and family, Ryan brings enthusiasm and a team-first mindset to everything he does.

Bre Smith is the Office Manager at Idaho Tractor, where she helps keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. She’s known for being organized, dependable, and easy to work with, and she enjoys creating a welcoming, well-structured environment for both customers and team members.
In her role, Breana supports multiple areas of the business, helping coordinate communication, manage office processes, and keep things on track behind the scenes. She takes pride in being someone her team can rely on and enjoys solving problems in a calm, practical way.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and spending time with family, and she brings that same positive energy into the workplace every day.

Jay Arehart has been a valued member of the Idaho Tractor team since 2001, working at the parts counter where his deep knowledge, steady experience, and helpful attitude have made him a go-to resource for both customers and coworkers. Over the years, he’s built a strong reputation for being dependable, approachable, and committed to getting the job done right.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys new business adventures with his wife, including co-owning a local bar. He values hard work and entrepreneurship, and he brings that same energy into everything he does. Jay is also a proud father of two children, one of whom follows in his footsteps and works alongside him at Idaho Tractor.

Lance Wright is a seasoned professional in the parts department, bringing over 30 years of experience and knowledge to his role. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for reliability, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the industry, making him a trusted resource for both customers and coworkers.
Outside of work, Lance enjoys spending quality time with his family, which remains one of his greatest priorities. He also loves fishing, finding it to be a relaxing way to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. His combination of experience, dedication, and down-to-earth personality makes him a valued member of any team he’s part of.

Rick Reed is a dedicated member of the parts department at Idaho Tractor, bringing over 30 years of hands-on experience and industry knowledge to his work. Known for his reliability and deep expertise, Rick has built a reputation for helping customers and coworkers find the right solutions efficiently and with care.
Outside of work, Rick values time with his family and enjoys staying active in hobbies that keep him engaged and challenged. He has a passion for racing cars, where his attention to detail and mechanical know-how really shine. He also enjoys computer programming, exploring both problem-solving and creativity through technology.

Chilee is a valued member of our Equipment Rental Department, where she brings a friendly attitude, great sense of humor, and dedication to helping customers find the right equipment for the job. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time hunting and fishing whenever she gets the chance. Chilee is also a proud mom and grandmother who loves making memories with her daughter and grandbaby. Her outgoing personality and humor make her a joy to work with and be around.

Jim Price has been a dedicated part of the service industry for over 30 years, bringing extensive experience, leadership, and customer commitment to his role as Service Manager. Known for his strong work ethic and hands-on approach, Jim takes pride in helping customers and supporting his team every day. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time fishing, riding dirt bikes, and making memories with his wife and their two dogs.

Corey is one of our skilled Service Technicians, bringing both experience and dedication to the team every day. Before joining us, he served as a National Guard aviation mechanic, where he developed a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for mechanical excellence. Corey is fully Kubota mechanic certified through Kubota University and takes pride in providing quality service to every customer. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and keeping up with sports. His knowledge, professionalism, and team-first attitude make him a valuable part of our service department.
